Day 11

Today we have something from "That Boutique-y Whisky Company" aka TBWC, a 23 Year Old Islay Blended Malt (Number 1 - Batch 1), 46.3%. Light smoke aroma, initial taste of smoke and spices, maybe ginger. Seems to have a sweet aftertaste of some sort that lingers for some time. This is good stuff, I wish I had more of it, probably my favorite so far.
