After a few days in a row with scotches in the 40s, today we have The Girvan Patent Still Proof Strength Single Grain 57.1%. Deep aroma, initially spicy taste, pepper? While you can taste the strength, it wasn't overly so. A dash of water only seemed to magnify everything about this. Found today's Scotch interesting, but not sure if it was to my liking.
